Open Training
This FREE immersive in-person training program is a valuable opportunity to deepen your knowledge and understanding of NORD products and services. The 3-day session will also explore how you can better serve your customers using NORD's innovative drive solutions.
Day 1- In-depth sessions on torque, horsepower, gear ratios, service factors, and load considerations.
- Comprehensive coverage of gear nomenclature, gears, gearing, and gearboxes.
- Hands-on experience with the myNORD Online Configurator and NORD catalog training.
- Discussions on surface protection, GRIPMAXX™, and AUTOVENT™ breathers along with other specialized NORD options.
- Product training on inline products, parallel shaft gearboxes with SCP, right-angle bevels, and worm gears, motors, control products, and MAXXDRIVE® systems.
- Introductions to NORD's engineering department.
- Sessions on application identification, customer experience, and an introduction to the service department.
- Hands-on assembly of our modular FLEXBLOC® worm gear.
- A guided plant tour providing an inside look at NORD's manufacturing processes.
Each day concludes with opportunities for networking during organized dinners and entertainment. This training is offered at no cost, providing valuable knowledge and skills.

myNORD Online Customer Portal Training
Unlock the power of NORD's online customer portal with this comprehensive overview presented by our eBusiness team. You'll learn how to select and configure products, find replacement or spare parts, order, and track your purchases online.
Training is available in-person at a location of your choice, at your nearest NORD facility, or as an interactive online course. Sessions are scheduled by request, for dates and times that work best for you.
